【摘要】:Thisclassificationsystemcoverspolyketonematerialssuitableforinjectionmoldingandextrusion.Thisclassificationsystemdoesnotaddressrecycledpolyketonematerials.Thepropertiesincludedinthisclassificationsystemarethoserequiredtoidentifythecompositionscovered.Theremaybeotherrequirementsnecessarytoidentifytheparticularcharacteristicsimportanttospecializedapplications.Thesewillbeagreeduponbetweentheuserandthesupplier.Thisclassificationsystemandsubsequentlinecallout(specification)areintendedtoprovideameansofcallingoutplasticmaterialsusedinthefabricationofenditemsorparts.Itisnotintendedfortheselectionofmaterials.Materialselectionshouldbemadebythosehavingexpertiseintheplasticfieldaftercarefulconsiderationofthedesignandtheperformancerequiredofthepart,theenvironmenttowhichitwillbeexposed,thefabricationprocesstobeemployed,thecostsinvolved,andtheinherentpropertiesofthematerialotherthanthosecoveredbythisclassificationsystem.Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section11,ofthisclassificationsystem:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1--ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandardavailable.
