适用范围
本标准规定了船用烟火信号技术要求、试验方法、检验规则等通用技术条件。本标准适用于船舶、救生艇、救生筏、救生圈、海上救生站引导安全登陆、海上平台遇险需救助使用的烟火信号，它满足国际海事组织通过的1974年国际海上人命安全公约及其1983年修正案的规定及1972年国际海上避碰规则的有关规定。

【摘要】:Rubberincontactwithlightcoloredorganicfinishesmaystainthesurfacesincontactwiththerubber(contactstaining)andsurfacesadjacenttoorbeyondtherubber(migrationstaining),especiallyunderconditionsofheat,pressure,orsunlight.Whenalightcoloredrubberveneerororganiccoatingcoversastainingrubbercompound,thestainingingredientscandiffusethroughtheveneerorcoatingandstainthesurface(diffusionstaining).Thisstainingoflightcoloredsurfacesisobjectionabletotheconsumer.Thesetestmethodsprovideameansofevaluatingstainingcharacteristicsofrubbercompoundsbutmaynotnecessarilyduplicatetheeffectsofnaturalexposureconditions.Resultsobtainedshouldnotbetreatedasbeingequivalenttoanynaturalexposure,unlessthedegreeofquantitativecorrelationhasbeenempiricallyestablishedforthematerialinquestion.Thesetestmethodsmaybeusedforproducer-consumeracceptance,refereepurposes,andresearchanddevelopmentwork.Thetwotypesofexposures(FluorescentUVandXenonArc)arenotequivalentandmayproducedifferenttestresults.1.1Thesetestmethodscovertechniquestoevaluatethreetypesofstainingthatrubbermaycausewhenincontactwith,orinproximityto,anothersurfacethatmaybelightcolored.1.2Thetestmethodsalsodescribehowtoqualitativelyevaluatethedegreeofstainingproducedundertheconditionsofexposuretoheataloneorheatandlight.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
