【摘要】:ThispartofISO17734givesgeneralguidanceforthesamplingandanalysisofairborneaminesandaminoisocyanatesinworkplaceair.Itisstronglyrecommendedthatthedeterminationofaminesandaminoisocyanatesismadetogetherwiththedeterminationofisocyanatesinair,usingDBAasareagent(ISO17734-1).Themethodcanbeusedforsimultaneousdeterminationsofamines,4,4'-methylenediphenyldiamine(4,4'-MDA),2,4-and2,6-toluenediamine(2,4-,2,6-TDA)and1,6-hexamethylenediamine(1,6-HDA),andcompoundscontainingbothisocyanateandaminegroups,4,4'-methylenediphenylaminoisocyanate(4,4'-MAI),2,4-,4,2-and2,6-tolueneaminoisocyanate(2,4,4,2,2,6-TAI),1,6-hexamethyleneaminoisocyanate(1,6-HAI).Themethodissuitableforcollectingaminesandaminoisocyanatesinboththegasandparticlephases.Theinstrumentaldetectionlimitfortheaminesisabout50fmolandfortheaminoisocyanate,itisabout3fmol.Fora15-1airsample,thiscorrespondsto0,4ng-rrr3forTDAand0,03ngm-3forTAI.
