【摘要】:QEI-1isintendedforthepurposeofestablishinguniformcriteria,whichwillaidin:(a)qualifyingandtrainingofinspectionpersonnelforgovernmentagencies,insurancecompanies,elevatorcompanies,buildingowners,andmanagers(b)theaccreditationofinspectionagencies.Itisalsointendedtoserveasaguidelineonwhichcertificationisbasedbydetailingtheexpertisenecessaryinperforminginspections.Itisrecommendedthatstate,municipal,andotherjurisdictionalauthoritiesreferencethisStandardintheirgoverningregulationscoveringsubjectsincludedinthisStandard.
