【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61249givesrequirementsforpropertiesofmodifiedbrominatedepoxidewovenE-glassreinforcedlaminatesheetsofdefinedflammability(verticalburningtest),copper-cladinthicknessesof0,05mmupto3,2mm.Theflammabilityratingisacheivedthroughtheuseofbrominatedfireretardantsreactedaspartoftheepoxidepolymericstructure.Theglasstransitiontemperatureisdefinedasbeingbetween150℃and190℃.Somepropertyrequirementsmayhaveseveralclassesofperformance.Theclassdesiredneedstobespecifiedonthepurchaseorder,otherwisethedefaultclassofmaterialmaybesupplied.
